#XOReviews - BeautyTreats Fruit Face Mask w/ Collagen (Blueberry, Olive, Avocado)

These were a find at the beauty supply store while I was getting some haircare products. They were right at the door and I just had to try them out. The store was selling them for $1 a mask with only these three types available.

I tried all three over the past weekend, just in case they caused me to breakout. Luckily, they did not.

Overall, the masks are stiff paper masks that are nice for daily masking but nothing to be excited about. The masks are folded in the package and soaked in clear essence with the fragrance of their respective ingredient. The blueberry smelled so good!

The essence, besides the extract of their respective fruit, contains hydrolyzed collagen, camellia sinensis leaf extract, witch hazel, and anise fruit extract near the top of the lists. Fragrance is the last ingredient on the list, but it’s not overpowering - more on the side of relaxing.

Since the mask is stiff, the fit wasn’t too much to my liking. I could have snipped a few more slits for it to fit around my eyes but I forgot each time.

I kept the masks on for 15 minutes when they started to dry out and patted in the remaining essence. After use, my skin felt soft and some what mattified.

I did enjoy these masks. I’m not rushing out to repurchase them. They were just good simple masks to have on hand for hydration and nourishment for your skin.
