#BeautyBuy - Mikasa Beauty

I love my brushes and was excited to get in touch with Mikasa Beauty. The company is a new makeup brush company based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. The company is set on having essential makeup brushes at affordable prices. The company was very friendly and helpful with customer service.

I can only comment half of the shipping. Mikasa Beauty processed and shipped the brushes out really quickly but my post office has been having problems with lost packages and just saying “wait and see”, but we won’t go into that battle.

I was able to get the brushes that I ordered and I’m really happy to try them.

I ordered two eye brushes and was able to received the brand’s beauty sponge, named Lemon Drop, for free.

E300 - Blending Brush

A medium sized brush made of high grade goat hair. The brush, like many of the brushes, are black and silver. The silver ferrule has a nice weight to it and the brush fits comfortably in my hand. The bristles are soft and after too short.

E320 - Tapered Blending Brush

A fluffier brush than the E300 with tapered white goat hair bristles. Silver and black brush that really helps to blend out the crease and edges. Really, these brushes are really great to add to my collection.

Lemon Drop

This is Mikasa Beauty’s beauty sponge to replace the Beauty Blender. I’ve never had a beauty blender but compared to my Real Techniques sponge, the Lemon Drop is squishier and soft.
