Every morning, I wake up and check my emails (I have four different accounts - don’t ask). My main email address is connected to my Ulta account and I always love getting emails from them and Sephora. The morning of the solar eclipse, I get an email that says “10x Points Online Today Only”. I was tempted but I would usually pass it up. Opening it, it was “Platinum Appreciation Day” with FREE SHIPPING for that day only! No hesitation, I was on the site and looking to see what I want. I didn’t need anything but there was something I want.

Nyx Slip Tease Full Color Lip Oil

When this was announced and I saw swatches I was *heart eyes* immediately. And when it hit Ulta, I was ready to go in store and getting but I let it come to me. I didn’t know which color I wanted immediately; a toss-up between Bang Bang and Lowkey. The former won out.

A nude berry on me, I’m in love! It’s matte but it’s not a matte liquid lip. It’s comfortable and beautiful and just a lippie that I love. It does transfer but I don’t mind reapplying which is easy to do. I want the other but I don’t know if I should.

The Body Shop Facial Mask

I wouldn’t say I’m easily influenced but to know that the day before I placed this order, The Body Shop was showcasing the Matcha Tea mask and I wanted to try it says something. I picked up the honey mask because honey is good for the skin. Cleopatra used it, so why shouldn’t I? Sample packets but they will be great introductions to the products and let me know if I want to buy the full sizes or not.

Fromm Beauty Wide Tooth Comb

If you don’t know (check this post), I’ve been on a natural hair journey and I was missing an essential tool - a good wide tooth comb. This was a nice, inexpensive comb that just popped up on Ulta. I added and when it arrived, it was wash day. It helped to detangle my hair very well and distribute the conditioner in my hair well. Definitely glad I picked this up. If you’re looking for a detangle comb, pick this one up.

Not much of a haul but very impulsive and no regrets!
