Masks for the face can do wonders - add moisture, clear a blemish, cleanse the skin. The same for hair masks.
As I continue to go on my natural hair journey, hair masks are a favorite part for me. I don’t mask everyday like I do with facial masks but once a month (twice if really needed) have done wonders for my hair and scalp and this hair mask is a game changer.

The DevaCurl Melt into Moisture Matcha Butter Conditioning Mask made my hair feel soft, hydrated, detangled beautifully and easily, and just made my hair fell so much better. This hair mask is just a phenomenon that I’m so happy I was able to get in my Sephora Play!box.
This is but a deluxe sample that I received and I used about all of the 1.5 fl. Oz. tube. Thick hair FTW!

It doesn’t really smell of matcha but does have the green tint to it from the green tea powder in it. IT’s a thick cream that was very easy to apply to the hair, coating my head fully and making it very easy to detangle. I applied the mask on and finger detangled before I moved to detangle with my comb. Sadly, I didn’t have any plastic caps to help wit the deep conditioning but it wasn’t needed. I basically just sat around for a good 15 minutes to let it do its work before I rinsed it out.
When I say my hair felt so good afterwards. Soft, not too soft, moisturized, and just ready for the day. I’ve tried other hair masks before this one but after using it, the DevaCurl had become an instant favorite.
Along with the green tea (Camellia sinensis) powder, the mask also has soybean, coconut oil, beet root extract, sweet almond oil, olive oil, rosemary and hops extract! A simply incredible hair mask that 100% sulfate, paraben and silicone free. I would recommend for anyone with dry scalp and who need moisture and life to their hair.
The product can be picked up or ordered from Sephora or Ulta.
Until next post,
XOXO
