This is the third Garnier Fructis product that I’ve received and I’m really enjoying them! They’ve done surprisingly well and at least one is on the repurchase list and this might be too.

The Garnier Fructis 1 Minute Hair Mask for damage repair a hair mask that’s supposed to add moisture and condition the hair in one minute. I’ve used this product a few times since getting the product and I’m liking it!

The product can be used, not only as a hair masque, but as a conditioner and a leave-in. I’ve tried all but one of the ways on my hair. I still need to use it as a leave-in but as a conditioner and hair mask, my hair felt soft and moisturized and looked good on the second day.

The mask is thick and this one particular has a strong papaya scent. The line has 5 masks for all hair types for color protection, strengthening, smoothing, nourishment, and damage repair. Since I’m still working on my natural hair, I need damage repair for my hair.

I first used the mask a conditioner and it coated my hair very well and rinsed out very well. My hair felt very soft afterwards. I then used it as the hair mask as it’s marketed. It took longer than a minute to put in my hair because my hair is so thick and it was left on longer than a minute. I want to try it again with a plastic cap to do some deep conditioning but I don’t think that’s what this is for. It might do well but as a simple hair mask, I like it.

I’m hesitant to use it as a leave-in. I don’t know how it will fully affect my hair. I will have to have a day where I’m not busy and see how it is a a leave-in for natural hair or as an overnight mask.
