Beauty Subscription - Play!BySephora May 2018

Sorry, this took so long! Like I said on my IG, this month’s bag wasn’t my favorite and really, I gave everything except one thing.

This bag was the anniversary of Play!BySephora and I’m glad that the subscription box is still going. I remember when it was just the box and when they switched to the bags. The subscription has been good, but it also has been bad. This was a meh bag.

@AlternaHaircare Caviar CC Cream for Hair 10-in-1 Complete Correction - This was the only product I kept. I love to try any kind of hair care that will do well for my hair. I think I had foil samples of this brand but I don’t remember using it. I’ll try to do a review on this product to let you know how it is.

@Buxom Lash Mascara - I have a couple of mascaras that I still need to use, so that was the reason I have this mascara away. Nothing against Buxom, but I have mascaras that I need to use.

@BareMinerals Mineral Veil Setting Powder - I’m actually using this right now. Not this one but the one I got before. It’s a good setting powder but I can’t use powder too much or I will look super dry. The small sample that I have will last me a very long time, so I gave away this sample.

@BenefitCosmetics The POREfessional Face Primer - I’m not really a Benefit person. Even with their “problems” I did enjoy the Gimme brow, but I’m not going to buy full size products. Also, I don’t wear primer like talking about. I have so many layers of skincare already and I feel like it counteracts it all with the primer, unless the primer is moisturizing (like the Becca first light primer). I gave this to my friend at work and she LOVES it . She says it works so well for her, so I’m glad to have given it away.

@SephoraCollection Mud Mask Purifying & Mattifying - I had a foil packet of this mask and it was okay but like other charcoal mask, it was too drying for me. Not really a mask for my skin type and would just do more damage to my skin than help.

@AtelierCologne Clementine California Cologne Absolue Pure Perfume - This is a great perfume. If you like citrus scents, this is a great one to have. I’ve had this one and I do like it but it’s not my favorite scent. Plus, I already have the postcard.

So that’s why I gave away this bag but it wasn’t a bad bag. It was just some things I didn’t want.
