#WashOffWednesday - Dr. Jart+ Dermaclear Trans-foam Clay (Green) Mask+Cleanser

Two-in-one can be a hit or miss but this is a homerun. This is the second tube of the Dr. Jart DermaClear Trans-foam Clay Cleanser that I’ve had and it lasts a long time because a little goes a long way. And it’s going to have to since it’s been discontinued in the US. *cries*

The product is marketed as “a triple functioning wash-off clay mask that transforms into a foaming cleanser upon application of water, removing excess oil while cleaning pores and exfoliating skin”. There are three versions of the mask; pink, white, and green. I have green which is a soothing refreshing mask.

Green is formulated with green French clay along with Nymphaea Alba Flower extract and lemongrass to leave the skin clear, toned and bright. Using the mask is unlike any other I’ve used. It’s cooling and refreshing. It’s a thick clay mask that, though it has green clay, is just a slight green color to it. A little goes a long way and the best part is that you only need it on for 3 minutes before adding water to turn it into a cleanser.

It foams wonderfully and washes off well (it has to since it is a cleanser). Afterwards, my skin feels so cool and refreshed. It’s a great mask for a hot summer day or after the gym. My skin didn’t completely feel dried out after rinsing this off and it was easy to move on to the rest of my routine.

Like I said, it’s been discontinued or it’s not sold in the US anymore, so I have to make this mask last. I wish they didn’t take it away but if you can get your hands on this or any other one, definitely use it.
