Last week’s WOW was not present but I’m back with a charcoal (WHAT?!) from the brand Palladio.
Palladio is a beauty brand that can be found at Sally’s Beauty Supply Store and Ulta. The brand states to be cruelty-free and is affordable with great ingredients to help the skin and make your makeup stand out. Most people would know Palladio for their Rice Powder blotting paper.
The Calm Clean Pure Detoxifying mask is a new product in their line that is to provide a deep cleanse to help clear your complexion. The mask is kaolin clay based which I do like. I like mud/clay masks more than just pure charcoal masks. The mask does have papaya extract along with green tea and camellia flower extract. I also noticed with the charcoal powder colloidal sulfur which if you have tried any blemish treatment, sulfur is usually used as spot treatment and is effective for me on multiple occasions.

I was able to apply the mask easily, a thin layer over my face. It does have a slight sweet scent that dissipates once the mask starts to dry. I only kept the mask on for 5 minutes (package stays to keep on for 5-20 minutes). It rinsed off easily and my skin didn’t feel too dry. I moved on with my toners and AHA.
This is a typical clay mask that I can get behind using once or even twice a week since it’s not drying.
Palladio has three other masks (exfoliating, moisturizing, and peel off) all which are $10 USD available on Palladio’s website, Sally’s website or in store.
Until next post,
XOXO
