I’ve been so interested in the I’m From masks but never knew which one to get. I was lucky, along with all who made orders from Wishtrend during Black Friday, to get a deluxe sample of the I’m From Mugwort Mask. I also have the Honey Mask which I’ll try another time.
The Mugwort mask is a soothing mask with bits of mugwort in the mask. The gel mask is a wash-off mask with 2.1% mugwort along with vitamins and minerals all to cool and calm the skin; a great mask after a hot day or shower.
Mugwort is a natural herb in Korea with fantastic soothing and cleansing effects. I’ve used mugwort sheet masks a bunch of times and I’ve loved them sooo much! Very soothing and helps to with clearing the skin.

The I’m From Mugwort mask is a gel mask with woodsy mugwort bits and the unique scent of Chineol. I only used a thin layer (directions say a thick layer) just to test it out. The scent is very faint after applying it. The mugwort bits could help with exfoliation but are a bit too big and rough.
I kept the mask on for 10 minutes and wiped the mask off with a warm wet towel. My skin felt soft and cool afterwards. No major difference. I will have to use another time and use a thicker layer to really get an impact. I would think the mugwort pieces would be a hazard or a hassle, but it’s a good mask so far.
Until next post,
XOXO
